Happy Meatless Monday #4!

Sorry for the hiatus! I tried to post on Thursday and Blogger was down. My student's show as Friday (Yay! So happy it's over!), then I left my charger at work and was without internet all weekend! I have lots to share about my trip to the Lowell Farmers Market and my patio garden... plus today is Meatless Monday! I've been so insanely busy I haven't made a serious trip to the farmers market this week, and our cupboards are pretty bare since we aren't buying processed foods anymore. Look's like we'll be eating our last box of mac n cheese tonight...
